Original simulations, one for every subject
Each simulation runs in your browser with no sign-in, pairs with a lab, and lets students change variables and see results instantly. They complement the free PhET simulations linked on each subject page.
Crumple Zone Force Lab
Physics. Crash a car into a wall and see how crumple distance changes stopping time, force, and the occupant's g-load.
Launch →Water Treatment pH Lab
Chemistry. Add acid or base to water, adjust its natural buffering, and see the titration curve and EPA guideline range.
Launch →Invasive Species Population Lab
Biology. Compare exponential and logistic growth with growth rate, carrying capacity, and predation controls.
Launch →Bridge Truss Load Tester
Engineering. Design a truss, load it to failure, and see tension and compression flow through each member.
Launch →Urban Heat Island Explorer
Environmental Science. Change tree canopy and pavement on a city block and watch estimated temperature respond.
Launch →Seasons Over Detroit
Earth & Space Science. Slide through the year to see noon Sun angle, day length, and shadows at several latitudes.
Launch →Airway Flow Explorer
Anatomy & Physiology. Narrow a model airway and see why a little swelling cuts airflow so much.
Launch →Fit the Line
Data Science. Fit a line by eye to real Detroit datasets and compare your error with the best-fit line.
Launch →About these models
Every simulation states its assumptions on the page. They are simplified teaching models (for example constant deceleration, a closed carbonate system, or a linear temperature model), so use them to build reasoning and then compare with real lab data, not to make precise predictions.
Using them in class
All controls are keyboard-accessible, results appear in text readouts as well as graphics, and the site respects your light or dark theme. The simulations run offline once loaded and require no accounts.
